I remember that Jewish people eat unleaved bread once a year to celebrate the day when the angel of the death came to save them. This holiday is called Passover. The Torah is the book of Jewish religion. Abraham is the founder and prophet of this religion. Yom Kippur, what means 'Day of Atonement', is the most important holiday of the Jewish year. Rosh Hashanah is the equivalent of New Year in the Jewish calendar.
